Congratulations, NIMM students!
The Northwest Intermountain Metal Manufacturing Career Development Program (NIMM) is a pilot-program offered through a partnership between the Northwest Intermountain Manufacturers Association, Lewis-Clark State College, the Clearwater Economic Development Association, the University of Idaho and 16 school districts. Enrolled students from high schools located in the North Central Idaho counties of Latah, Lewis, Clearwater, Nez Perce, and Idaho and in the Southeast Washington counties of Whitman, Garfield, and Asotin. On March 5, 2018, enrolled students began a Mechanical CADD Technician or Electro-Mechanical Technician program. The integrated experience of students includes online modules, hands-on engineering technology activities, integrated STEM learning, and lifelong learning.
